For our accounting software we are using Mamut One Enterprise, a complete and flexible ERP system. Mamut One covers the total needs of small and mid-sized businesses with single or multiple users

Mamut One allows us to run our business with one seamless integrated system; keep track of our customers, project and marketing needs. Raise quotes, sales and purchase orders and invoices.

We are partner with leading technology suppliers in the IT industry giving us reliable deliveries of hardware, software and licenses we need to operate our customers.

We also strive to keep costs down for our customers and ourselves. We do not recommend a Lamborghini Concept if it is a Fiat Punto you really need to do your job.

We are like the most people and business in the world depending on Office 365, Onedrive, Teams and SharePoint. However we are spending a lot of the time in the admin part on the backside. Keeping sure everything is running smoothly and safe.

When we have to travel onsite to customers, we drive our own service car. A Citroën E-Berlingo electric car in the transport class, so we can easily get equipment with us if needed.

We use the same services on internal computers and servers, network and WIFI, tools and hardware as we provide and recommend customers. This way we ensure good knowledge of the software/product and can vouch for the manufacturer/partner we do business with on behalf of our customers. We also have an good IT standardization policy build on years of experience and best practice standards.

We are running 2 agent on computers/servers instead of having 4-10 agent (which can be a security risk in itself ) from different suppliers of security software. Our SGN client – always on VPN to worksite, endpoint protection, firewall, Lan Zerotrust and logging, and our RMM agent for automation’s and a lot more.

To ensure we are getting IT management right, we are following a few essential best practices.

We don’t just follow— we lead! We don’t reactively manage our own or a client’s environment, simply waiting for a problem to occur and then responding to it. Instead, we think about the business goals and chart a path forward to meet these needs with technology. .

Our clients expect us to be able to empathize, troubleshoot, show creative thinking, and implement ideas with confidence. Sometimes this is even more important than knowing what wire goes where!

We always start with visibility: If we don’t know what resources and assets you have, how can we create an effective IT management plan? It’s essential to start with a complete view of all your inventory, including machines, SNMP devices, hardware, software, applications, and data. This can be done with scanning tools like Network Discovery, and automatically provide a baseline for whatever changes you want to make.

We are flexible and agile: There’s no area as fast-paced as technology, so we need to be able to roll with the punches. We have a roadmap, but we are also ready to make changes on the fly. We keep our self open to the latest innovations, which may include training regarding new business applications, or hiring for specific expertise.
